Thewellbeingedge.ie is a website operated by The Wellbeing Edge. The Wellbeing Edge CRO No: 748405, is registered as a Sole Trader under the Registration of Business Names Act, 1963. We operate Personal Training, Group Classes,NLP/Life Coaching sessions and Reset Days from our studio and office in Dublin. Our postal address is “Melmore”, Mullinastill Road, Rathmichael, D18F9T2.
2. Acessing our website
We reserve the right to withdraw or amend the service we provide on our site without notice. We will not be liable if for any reason our site is unavailable at any time or for any period. You are responsible for making all arrangements necessary for you to have access to our site. You are also responsible for ensuring that all persons who access our site through your internet connection are aware of these terms, and that they comply with them.
You must not misuse our site by knowingly introducing viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs or other material which is malicious or technologically harmful. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to our site, the server on which our site is stored or any server, computer or database connected to our site. 6. Conditions of Operation of the Business
Our Small Group Classes and/or Personal Training sessions run for a total of 45 minutes starting on the hour. Please arrive on time to avoid class disruption and possible injury.
NLP/Life Coaching Sessions in person/or online run for a total of 60 minutes. Please ensure you arrive/logon on time.
Other Events and/or Retreats may run anywhere from 4 hours to a few days.
Please inform your coach prior to class/session if you have any injuries or concerns that may affect your health or participation.
The Wellbeing Edge reserves the right to change its hours of operation, timetable, services offered and all fees and charges, at any time, at its sole discretion and without prior notice. Any such changes will be notified to you via email communication, the website and/or notices in the studio.
7. Medical Notice
Prior to undertaking any exercise with The Wellbeing Edge, you should consult with your doctor or other medical practitioner to evaluate your current health condition. You must notify your coach if you have any injuries or medical conditions which may impact your ability to participate in our classes/sessions.
By undertaking any exercise programme/service at The Wellbeing Edge, you acknowledge that you do so at your own risk and that the coach will not be liable for any personal injury, loss or liability of whatever nature arising as a result of, or in connection with, your undertaking of any such exercise programme/service/event/retreat and/or following advice contained on our website or given by our coach.
The Owner/Coach reserves the right to restrict clients to a particular class/service/event for safety reasons, and also to turn clients away if they do not have the correct medical clearance.
8. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations or rescheduling of group classes or personal training sessions must be done through the Acuity Scheduler or through our website at least 4 hours prior to class. Failure to do so will result in a loss of that class credit. In exceptional cases we will accept cancellation made by phone or email.
The Wellbeing Edge may cancel class at any time for any reason. You will be credited for any missed classes in this circumstance. Group classes require a minium of 3 clients in order to run.
Workshops, Courses & Events – The Wellbeing Edge reserves the right to reschedule or cancel any of the above offerings. If this occurs, you will be refunded credit which you may use towards other services. In certain circumstances and at the sole discretion of the owner, refunds will be given.
NLP/Life Coaching Sessions – These sessions must be pre-paid to secure your booking. There is a 24 hour cancellation policy for any life coaching session. If you fail to cancel prior to this time, you will forfeit your session. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so through your Acuity Scheduler on our website or through the Appointment Reminder Email.
9. Variations
We reserve the right to change these terms of use at any time by amending this webpage. You should check this page from time to time to take notice of any changes we may have made. Some of the provisions contained in these terms of use may also be superseded by provisions or notices published elsewhere on our site.
