Just starting out or looking for some extra guidance on your health and fitness journey? 

Why not avail of my 1:1 personal training sessions where you will get a bespoke fitness programme geared specifically for your goals.  You will be given expert advice on form and technique, allied with the encouragement needed to take you to the next step.  These sessions are 45 minutes long, deliberately paced to keep you working hard and focused on achieving your potential.  My aim is to nurture you throughout this journey by listening closely to your needs and adapting when and where necessary to ensure you feel supported and heard.

Group Fitness Classes

Classes from €15 per person

Looking for like-minded women to work out with while having fun & reaching your fitness goals? 

My group sessions are limited to 8 people so that I can ensure each client receives the attention to detail she needs. 

These sessions are 45 minutes long and no two sessions are ever the same.  I include everything from resistance training to boxing, HIIT and mobility work to circuits.  

These high tempo sessions will keep you engaged, energised and motivated. They will also provide you with the opportunity to join a truly amazing, warm and inclusive community of women.

Life Coaching, using NLP

Are there times when the overwhelm feels like it is taking hold and you cannot see a clear way forward?

NLP or “Neuro Linguistic Programming” is a coaching technique devised from modelling excellence and aimed at helping us to better understand the impact our use of language has on the way we think and act in everyday life. 

My 1:1 coaching sessions use a combination of NLP and life coaching skills to enable you to develop a roadmap from where you feel stuck, to a place of freedom and control in all areas of your life.   These sessions are 60 minutes long and can be done either online or in-person.

  • The in-person sessions will take place in my bright, airy studio which opens out onto a vista of trees, bringing nature right inside with us.  

    The studio is based in Rathmichael, in South County Dublin very close to the M50 and accessible by public transport via the Dart, Dublin Bus and the Luas.  

  • There is ample parking onsite

  • The only thing you need to bring to our sessions is a water bottle, an open mind and willingness to trust.

  • I offer flexible cancellation policies as I know all too well that last minute  unavoidable “life issues” can and will arise from time to time.  Contact me for more info.

Sample classes

H.I.I.T.

High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) involves working at a high level of intensity for a specific period of time, followed by a recovery phase and repeating this for a chosen number of sets.  It is a hugely flexible class and offers scope to target the full body or to focus on one specific area at a time ie. Legs, arms, core etc.   Class can be either bodyweight (a huge advantage for online classes) or can incorporate many different types of equipment such as Dumbbells, Kettlebells, TRX, boxing or resistance bands.

Circuits Training

Circuit training is usually a combination of 6 or more exercises performed with short rest periods between them, for either a set number of reps or period of time.   It is a very time efficient method of training and is highly adaptable for all fitness levels.  It is also ideal for group training.  As with H.I.I.T., classes can be bodyweight or can allow for the use of equipment. 

Body Toning

Body toning classes tend to be slower paced but equally as effective as a way of increasing overall strength, reducing fat and bodyweight and increasing mobility and flexibility.
