Come celebrate the end of 2024 with a fundraiser workout class in aid of the Irish Heart Foundation.

Next March I am joining a team of 14 women who will be taking on the Arctic Challenge to raise vital funds and awareness around women’s heart health - because #Her Heart Matters!
